We love all the children in our lives and we cannot wait to spend our wedding day with them. However, we would like a small part of our day to be child free, therefore we will not be allowing children into the ceremony.
We do want all the mums and dads to be able to attend the ceremony, therefore, we will be providing a full nanny service at the castle for the duration of the ceremony.
We kindly request that you take your children to the playroom (checking toilet trips have been done!) and get them settled prior to 13:50 as the ceremony begins at 14:00. If your child is still not potty trained, you will need to provide a change bag with everything that will be needed to change nappies.
We understand that this may make some parents feel uncomfortable, so we do want to assure you that both nannies are fully qualified with confirmed enhanced DBS checks and insurance, and they have provided us with these documents. They are happy to also have a video call with parents prior to the wedding if this will help ease any concerns.
If you are still not comfortable with leaving your children with the nannies, you are welcome to stay in the playroom with the children and miss the ceremony but we will not be making any exceptions to this rule.
The playroom will remain open with nanny supervision during the drinks reception and wedding breakfast and the children will be able to move around freely as we have exclusive use of the castle.
If you would like to have a call with the nannies please let Jasmine know and she can set this up.
We do need to give final numbers to the nanny service prior to the wedding, so please confirm with Jasmine if you will be leaving your children with the nannies by 1st February 2026.
